Jeff Sinclair – Trained Unified Mindfulness Coach

I’ve been practicing mindfulness since 2001, daily since 2015 and teaching since 2019. My journey with meditation began as a personal exploration, but it quickly turned into a passion for helping others experience the transformative power of mindfulness.

I am a trained Unified Mindfulness coach, and I will complete my full Teacher/Trainer certification in June 2025. I’ve accumulated over 1,400 hours of formal practice, including daily practice, life-integrated practice, and intensive meditation retreats (both residential and virtual). - Proven Teaching & Real-World Impact
Since 2019, I’ve taught mindfulness to hundreds of students in both corporate and public settings. My approach is relatable, approachable, and practical—helping people integrate mindfulness in a way that makes a real difference in their daily lives. - A Supportive & Personalized Approach
