This program is designed to help you develop a strong, sustainable mindfulness practice using the Unified Mindfulness system—a science-backed approach used in research at Harvard and Carnegie Mellon.
Unlike many traditional approaches, Unified Mindfulness breaks down mindfulness into three core attentional skills—Concentration, Clarity, and Equanimity—that can be systematically trained. This system makes meditation accessible, flexible, and precise, allowing you to:
