In this 30-Day mindfulness challenge, you’ll learn how to set up a mindfulness meditation habit using the Unified Mindfulness system of Shinzen Young.
Each day includes a short written lesson and a guided meditation. The meditations include a brief introduction followed by an approximately 5 minute meditation.
Starting with 5 minutes is a manageable amount. If you get some momentum and want to practice for longer, you can always continue on your own.
See if you can complete all 30 days.
For each day, read the lesson, then click the play button to play the guided meditation.
I originally offered this challenge for my fellow associates at CarMax, where it received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Due to its popularity, I’m happy to be able to share it with the public.
I hope it can help you in living a happier, more fulfilled life!
This content is based on Unified Mindfulness, a system created by Shinzen Young.
Also, I wish to thank the following influences: Julianna Raye of Unified Mindfulness, and fellow UM coaches Nicoya Helm, and Steve James.
