I grew up in suburban Virginia, where I loved playing sports like soccer, swimming, and hockey. My fascination with science and technology led me to earn a B.S. in Physics from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA, which paved the way for my career in Technology Support.
Exploring Spirituality
During college, I started exploring spirituality and discovered meditation. This exploration marked the beginning of my lifelong journey into self-discovery and personal growth through mindfulness. Read more about my meditation practice.
Commitment to Daily Practice

Mindfulness in the Workplace
With over 1400 hours of formal practice, including daily sessions, life activities, and retreats, I’ve experienced many benefits from mindfulness. Mindfulness and Parenting
